Delinquent Tax Sale
The Tax Sale will be held at the Sullivan County Courthouse. Date and time to be announced.
A private organization is currently mailing notices to property owners in Sullivan County offering to buy your property for “immediate cash”. Please be advised that the Sullivan County Tax Claim Bureau is NOT affiliated with this organization or its mailings. If you receive a letter or post card, do not trust any information it contains. Do not trust any communication about your delinquent property taxes that does not come directly from the Sullivan County Tax Claim Bureau. Acquiring Tax Certificates
A Tax Certificate for delinquent property taxes may be obtained for a fee of $15.00 or a Tax Statement may be obtained for $10.00. The check should be made payable to the Sullivan County Tax Claim Bureau. The check must be included with a written request specifying the owners’
name(s) and property parcel number.
